In the case of a compliance defect, the customer may request, at no cost, the replacement or repair of the product, at their discretion, unless there is a clear disproportion between the cost of the customer’s choice and the other practicable option, taking into account the value of the product or the severity of the defect. In the event that a replacement or repair is impossible or excessively burdensome, the customer may request, at their choice, a fair reduction of the price or the termination of the contract.
