This high-quality reinforced silicone hose kit replaces the 10 coolant hoses in the engine bay listed below.

The hoses fit manual-transmission MINI One/Cooper R50/R52 models without air conditioning, manufactured from July 2004 onwards.

They do not fit Cooper S R52/R53 models.

Please note that this kit does not fit earlier models manufactured up to June 2004, which had longer heater hoses connecting to the rear bulkhead.

However, a similar kit is available in our store for models manufactured up to December 2003, under part number R50-0001.

These high-quality clamps feature a non-perforated band and rolled edges, making them ideal for silicone hoses. Made entirely from T304 stainless steel, they offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Construction: 4.5 mm thick, with four layers of silicone and three layers of polyester reinforcement.
Maximum operating pressure: Over 7 bar.
Burst pressure: Over 10 bar.
Operating temperature range: -50°C to 180°C.

Occasionally, a hose may need slight trimming. This can be done with a utility or Stanley knife fitted with a NEW blade, using a hose clamp as a guide to achieve a straight cut.

The turnaround time is approximately 5–7 weeks from receipt of your original hoses. Unless you can find a spare set to send us, your car will need to be off the road during this period.
