Please do not send checks or money orders as these cannot be accepted. We aim to ship all other orders within 2-5 business days of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). We occasionally list products that are special order items, and the shipping time may therefore be slightly longer.

If this is the case, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery date. An express delivery option is available on selected items. If your order is placed before 3 PM (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 2 business days (for some out-of-area postal codes, deliveries may take a little longer).

PLEASE NOTE: FOR ALL ORDERS, PLEASE PROVIDE A MOBILE CONTACT NUMBER. All deliveries are made by courier and most require a signature. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item.

If the item is returned to us, we will have to charge for the new delivery. For orders canceled after shipping, you must follow our return procedure. Delayed/missing orders in transit: We promise we will do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the specified time frame.

Sometimes, events beyond our control may cause a delay of your parcel while it is with the carrier, and we cannot be held responsible for these delays. We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition and contain all original materials (if applicable).

All returned items will be tested before refunds are granted. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective. Returns must be packaged in an outer shipping carton to prevent degrading the original product box/packaging. Damaged returned items will not be accepted. We will do our best to respond promptly to your inquiries.

All messages will receive a response within 24 hours on business days. Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, London time. All emails and orders will NOT be processed during weekends and public holidays.
