DELIVERIES ARE MADE THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY AND ABROAD BY SDA EXPRESS COURIER. SHIPPING WILL ONLY BE MADE AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, IT IS IMPORTANT TO PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER. As soon as available, shipment tracking will be provided.

Upon receipt of the goods, check that everything is in order. Always accept the parcel by signing subject to inspection so that you can request compensation for any damage caused during transport. In case of problems, contact us on the same day the parcel arrives. The sale will be considered completed 14 days after delivery.

If the item received is different from the one in the listing and does not match the description, for example if the product code differs from the one stated in the description, we will arrange for the item to be collected and the correct product to be resent, if available, at no additional cost. Otherwise, once the return is received, we will issue a full refund.

If the item received is damaged or does not work, please contact us with a photo and the product code. We will replace it with another part if available; otherwise, in the case of a refund, shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

All goods are accompanied by a receipt or invoice. Please request the invoice again at the time of ordering, as it cannot be issued later. For invoicing, please provide:
