Delivery times for France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain and the United Kingdom are 4/5 working days, from the moment the carrier takes over the shipment. For shipments to other European countries, delivery times are 5-8 working days.

Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 5 days of receipt. Any communication after this deadline will not be considered. RDC offers its customers an easy and fast return process, which relieves the customer of the procedures related to the return of purchased items for which they have decided, for any reason, to withdraw from the purchase contract. The Return Service is an optional and paid service.

This amount will be deducted from the value of the refund for the returned item/s. If the reason for the return is attributable to the supplier, the use of the Return Service is free. All products sold by RDC are covered by a 24-month commercial warranty for non-conformities, provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use, and installed professionally. In case, due to a simple material error, a different product from the one ordered and purchased has been delivered, you have the right to obtain the replacement of the product, provided that you report the problem no later than five days from the receipt of the product.
